7. Payment Terms

For custom development and consulting services:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sync-ho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sync-ho in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-powered features may produce results that require human review and verification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sync-ho, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
